Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Ernie and Dorothy Allison and the loving sister of Mike Allison and his wife, Bonnie. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1973. She retired from Trinity Episcopal Day School in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Janet was a member of Ranch Acres Baptist Church in Tulsa and enjoyed working with children. She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and teacher.
She is survived by her husband, Steve; her daughter, Angel Yunker and her husband, Kris; their children, Matt and Sky; her son, Scott and his wife, Lisa; and their children, Aidric and Lachlan. She is also survived by a network of loving and supportive friends, including Georgette Reed and her children, Chris, Rebecca, and Matt.
The memorial service will be held on September 7, 2024, at Ranch Acres Baptist Church at 11:00 A.M.
