To Mrs.Litton,and the Litton family. My DEEPEST,Sympathy to you all. I'am saddened to read the loss of Kevin. I can barely find the words to say. WOW! I'am flooded,with SO many memories of Kevin,as we did a lot together,in high school,and after high school. As you know,we were roommates in Casper,Wyoming.  We did a lot of crazy things together,like meeting,and singing with Chris Ledoux I could go on for pages,telling some of the things we did. One of the things that really stuck out together,is Kevin LOVED,to play the guitar,and sing!! He could play,and sing almost any song anyone would ask him,but I think his favorite was Willie Nelson. Never heard anyone who could sound like Willie,like Kevin did. He would write songs. Another story,was when we was in high school,he and I skipped lunch,and just sat in the locker area outside the cafeteria,and would sing together. We had a female, foreign exchange student,that I was really liking.I made the mistake of telling Kevin this. Well,that one day,he pulled out his ol' guitar,and started playing some music,and we started adding words to it....Well,that guy had put a song together,about that foreign exchange student,and what I thought of her!  We was singing it,and unknowingly,she was around the corner from us,with her friends listening to us sing... He always loved to pick music with my dad.I'am sooo,sad,that Kevin and I drifted apart,it truly breaks my heart. I have missed Kevin,and always will miss Him. And I miss you, the Litton family,as well. Kevin,I loved you like a brother,and I will miss you like I miss my own brothers.Kevin's musical talents will always be remember by me,but his humor,being a practical joker,but  my friend,and anyone's one's friend is what will be missed. I love and will miss you,my friend, Love ya Brother,,,,,Steve Herrington

Back in the Central High School days, Kevin & I would share laughs & sometimes we laughed till we cried. He'd always make me do the siren & school bell noise. Very saddened to hear of his passing. Kevin was a great guy. I  haven't seen him in many years. May GOD rest his soul & may he forever rest in peace. Karla & I send out our condolences to the Litton family.   Sorry Brad & Brain for your loss.   :-(

He is survived by his mom, Mary Lou; 
siblings, Don Jr. (Jeanine), Mark (Maureen), Bradley, Brian and Jeanine; 
and numerous other relatives and friends.
