

Ruth “Rudy” Esquibel Johnston (68) years old was born in Rawlins, Wyoming, January 1, 1948. She is preceded in death by her parents Frances Montano Hernandez and Octaviano (Toby) Esquibel to include her step-father Raymond E. Hernandez, and favorite brother James Michael Hernandez, and great nephew Micheal Fisher. Father of her children was Ray Lynch, and second husband Lewis Johnston, and the love of her life Joe Bishop! Ruth is survived by her three children John Hernandez, Frances Lynch, and Vicky (Jake) Orr, grandchildren Monte, Nathanial, Johnny, Jennifer (Derek), and Gracie, two great granddaughters Lexie and Violet. Siblings Raymond V. Esquibel, Marie A. Hodges, Irene (Johnnie) Basta, Rick K. Hernandez, JJ Hernandez, and Rose Hernandez. Her favorite nephew Wesley Fisher, and favorite niece Tammy Langloss. Rudy is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She loved her “special” fur babies Tawana, and Thore. Rudy enjoyed horseback riding, washing dishes, crocheting, “going over the hill” – Cripple Creek, long car rides, making tortillas, and spending quality/ quantity time with her daughter Frances. Rudy worked as a medical records assistant for twenty years. Ruth was always ready and willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She lived a simple life and loved her family, she had a great faith and belief in the Lord, was raised as a Catholic. She had a great sense of humor and when she laughed it became infectious to everyone around her. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
