Shirley Harper, 80, passed away Sept. 8, 2011. She is the beloved daughter of Mrs. Dung Wai Ling Chun and Mr. Albert Chung. Shirley joins her son Vincent in God’s Grace. She is survived by sons Duke and Joseph Harper; brother Albert; sisters Christine, Elberta, Elizabeth, Goldie and Laura. Her gentle spirit and courageous optimism will be greatly missed.
