Suesan June Froman

Suesan June Froman, born on August 12, 1942, in Lawton, OK, transitioned to heaven on December 8, 2025, in Pueblo, CO, at the age of 83. Her life was a testament of her love to help others and living with joy.

Suesan was the only daughter of Lewis and Olive Gant. She would grow up pestering her two older brothers, Edward and Howard. Later in life, and true to her nature, she would go on to care for these individuals and several others. Suesan’s love to help others was witnessed throughout her life.

Life wasn’t always easy for Suesan, but she never quit. When she moved to the area she became a pillar in the community. She received her accounting degree and worked at a bank in Rocky Ford, the boat shop in Fowler, waitressed at Miller Stockmans, and the pharmacy. She then branched out and opened her own business, Thrift & Gift, a consignment resale store.

After she retired, she became a master gardener. For many years she was able to do what she loved and had a beautifully landscaped yard, for which she won yard of the month more than once.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bill Froman; her son, Alan Carlton; her parents, Lewis & Olive Gant; her brothers, Edward & Howard; her grandson, Dominique Carlton. She is survived by her loving daughters, Tammy (Dan) Vedrode and Penny (Rick) Aluise; her cherished grandchildren, John, Alisha, Zachariah, Danielle, Cody, and Ryan; and great-grandchildren, Xavier, Sawyer, Leonardo, Peter, Wesley, Mikayla, and Benjamin. extended family and friends will miss her dearly.

Suesan June Froman’s love and laughter will continue to inspire all who knew her. Her life was an incredible journey, and her memory will forever be cherished.

A memorial service will be held at Imperial Funeral Home, located at 5450 Highway 78 West, Pueblo, CO 81005, on December 18, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Following the memorial service, a graveside service will take place at Imperial Memorial Gardens Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery, 5450 CO-78, Pueblo, CO 81005, on December 18, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 2:20 pm.
