William (Billy) R. Mitchell, 83, of Pueblo, Colorado died 2.25.25 surrounded by family and friends. Billy was preceded in death by his Daughter, Jerri Garcia; siblings Ethel Neilson and Kenny Pace, and loving parents. He is survived by Sisters Clara (Johnny) Debski, Sue Gray; brother Raymond Mitchell, and daughters Donna Shelinbarger and Sherry Mitchell. Born on June 10, 1941, Billy lived in Pueblo, CO his whole life. Billy was blessed with a large loving family that included 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, many nieces and nephews, and countless friends. Celebration of life will be held on March 21st at 1:00pm at 1414 E. Evans.
