He was born in Pulaski, TN on February 3, 1957, an electrician, his parents were Richard Bryant (Dickie) and Margaret Ann Englett Holt. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother William Ray “Webo” Holt, he graduated from Overton High School in Nashville, TN and attended UT Knoxville.
Visitation will be on Friday, 8-24-2012, from 4PM to 8M at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 8-25-2012, at 2PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Maplewood Cemetery.

Carol Holt of Woodbury, TN, 2 step sons, William and Kevin Jarrett of Woodbury, TN, half- brother, Steven Ray Holt of Dickson, TN, step brother, Jeff Walls of Lawrenceburg, TN, step sister, Kathy Overby of Dickson, TN, Uncle, William (Billy) Englett of Arkansas, aunts, Kay Holt Hardy of Ardmore, TN, Linda Beech Holt of Pulaski, TN, 2 step grandchildren, step mother, Carol McMasters Holt.
