He was born in Diana, TN on 04-17-1938, retired from Santa Fe Drilling Company, his parents were the late James and Mildred Worsham Clark, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Morris Clark and Terry Clark.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, 12-3-2010, at 2:00PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Diana Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.
Survivors are: wife, Margie Clark of Rogersville, AL, sons, James Clark, Sr. of Lewisburg, TN, Carl Dean Clark Jr. of Pulaski, TN, daughter, Angelle Dempsey of Diana, TN, 5 grandchildren, step daughter, Tina Dempster of New Orleans, Louisiana.
