Mrs. Davis was born October 7, 1929 to Marvin David and Clara Bell Davis Slaton. She was retired from Genesco and preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene Davis, son Randall Dale Davis, brother Dan Slaton, and sister Kathy Stoner.
Visitation will be Tuesday June 18, 2013 from 4 until 8 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2 pm Wednesday June 19, 2013 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in New Salem Cemetery.
Survivors include her son Ronnie Davis and wife Patsy of Minor Hill daughter Pam Watson and husband Roger of Ardmore, brother Mike Slaton of Rogersville, sisters Magdalene Thompson of Minor Hill, Shirley Mayes of Huntsville, Ann Woods of Nashville, six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
