Crystal was born October 2, 2021 in Pulaski, TN to Timothy Shane Medley and Star Crystal Opal Ragsdale.
Private family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Survivors include her father Timothy Shane Medley of Pulaski, mother Star Ragsdale of Columbia, step-mother Tracy Brewington of Pulaski, brother Joseph Radtke, sisters Diamond Stinebrickner and Onyx Ragsdale.
