I love you Janet, may God keep you safe now

I recently heard of Janet's passing and it has left an empty spot in my heart- I worked in pharmacy in Fayetteville and we talked often- I will miss her a great deal--Mike Hardy, -Lawrenceburg

My heart is sad at the passing of dear Janet.  She taught me a lot and we learned a lot together in Memphis and beyond.  My last conversations were dear to me.  I pray for peace for her soul and for the precious ones she so dearly loved.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith,
I am saddened to hear of Janet's passing. She was such a bright and energetic person. She will be missed. Please accept my sincere sympathy.

Janet, we went through this battle together, we were always lifting each other on our bad days. You were so strong and loving, you are deeply missed. May you rest in peace now.

I have been praying for Janet since I first heard of her illness.  Linda Tidrow would keep me informed of her progress.  I was so saddened to hear of her passing.  Know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

We know what a battle you have fought for these past fifteen months and how  
much you wanted to live to see Douglas grow into a man.  We know you loved him 
better than yourself, and Douglas will  remember some of what you provided for him.  He will be  taken care of, and we will not let him forget how you went to Guatemala personally and rescued him from a life of poverty..  He loves Mama and misses her so much.  We all do, and we too love you too.

I remember Janet's first day of school, this little girl, with a bag bigger than she was, taking one step at a time. I wanted to take the bag and help her up the steps,but I knew she wouldn't have none of that. She sat behind the bus driver (John Britton) her feet wouldn't even touch the floor. She was a big girl now. I was eight when Janet came home, two days before my birthday, she made the best birthday present I ever had.

I will always remember Janet as a warm loving person with a wonderful smile, twinkling eyes and a great sense of humor.  She welcomed me with open arms when we moved to Pulaski.  I have many memories of her at Pisgah UMC services and special events. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
