Linda was born September 26, 1959 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Jackie and Betty Ann Mencer Scott. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Henry Scott and a sister Barbara Gooch.
Memorial Service will be December 12, 2021 from 2-5pm at 215 East Flower Street Pulaski, TN 38478
Survivors include her son Robert Hughes of Pulaski, daughters Melissa Fralix and husband TJ of Athens, Brandy Hughes, Amanda Hughes, Sarah Hughes all of Pulaski, grandchildren Lexi, Jacob, Destiny, Katie, Murph, Calvin, Hailey, Addi, Eric II, Issi, Jayce, Greenley, great grandchildren John Henry, Ameliyah, Jaxton, Loyal Companion Izzie, numerous friends and other relatives that she loved dearly.
