She was born April 17, 1928 in the Pleasant Ridge Community. She worked as a self-employed homemaker in Pulaski, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents Herbert Edward and Junie Madeline Sewell Carr, her husband Floyd Garner, sons Charles and Ralph Garner, grandsons Brian Garner and Joshua Pope.
She is survived by her daughter Linda Pope and husband Tommy of the Pleasant Ridge Community, brothers Willard Carr and wife Judy of Pulaski, TN, Alton
Carr and wife Linda of the Pleasant Ridge Community, Sister Norma Henderson and husband John T. of Pulaski, TN, 7 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with the Funeral Service to start at 3:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home; burial will follow at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery
