Philip Howard Bolger, Jr., age 82, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 in Pulaski, Tennessee.
He was born in Massachusetts on December 1, 1934 and a retired Truck Driver. He also operated a Stump Grinding business.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Bolger "the Stump Lady", of Pulaski, his step daughter, Chandra Nelms and husband Mike of Pulaski, and his step grandson, Daniel Peralta.
