Mr. Rose was born December 5, 1934 in the Wales Community to Raymond and Annie Lou Goats Rose. He was a US Army Veteran, Pulaski Alderman for 16 years, worked at the Pulaski Fire Department for 16 years, a board member at First Federal Bank, and retired owner operator of Rose’s Service Center. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son Ronnie Rose.
Visitation will be Monday May 13, 2013 from 4 until 8 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday May 14, 2013 at First Baptist Church, the body will lie in state from 11 until funeral time. Interment will be in Giles Memory Garden.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
Survivors include his wife Zady Rose, sons Ray Rose and wife Nancy Kevin Rose and wife Kelli all of Pulaski, sisters Linda Butler of Conway Community, Shelby Jean Hall of Franklin, six grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
