Mr. Hickman was born April 8, 1955 to Walter and Mary Elizabeth Hill Hickman. He was a retired sales rep for Sara Lee and was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law Korey Prier.
Visitation will be Sunday August 12, 2012 from 5 until 8 pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 2 pm Monday August 13, 2012 at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Mars Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Walter William Hickman Fund at First National Bank or Mars Hill Cemetery Fund c/o Thomas Whitsett, Treasurer 3119 Pulaski Hwy Cornersville, TN 37047.
Survivors include sons John Hickman of Lewisburg, Heath Hickman of Pulaski, daughter Heather Hickman Prier of Columbia, sisters Mariallen Finley and husband Richard of Lewisburg, Deborah Ervin and husband Bobby of Lynnville, two grandchildren and many special friends also survive.
