

On the afternoon of June 5th, 2015, Gordon “Gordy” E. Bradford passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer. He was born on October 21st, 1946 in Medford, Oregon. Gordy was 68 years old. After high school, Gordy entered the Air Force in 1965 and proudly served for 3 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist and reached the rank of Staff Sargent during the Vietnam War. After leaving the military, Gordy began a 21 year career as a “Mr. Goodwrench” Automotive Mechanic with Milam Oldsmobile. He finished his career at A-Street Automotive and enjoyed retirement to its fullest. Gordy enjoyed going to Seahawks games, camping, fishing, and being with his family and grandkids. He was always working on cars, fixing things around the house, and tinkering in his garage. Gordy could always find a unique way to make things work.
He is survived by his wife Marnell, married 42 years, his oldest son Eric and wife Kristin, his daughter Lisa and husband Marc Petersen, and youngest son Alan along with his brothers Jerry, Dwight, and Ken. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Lilly, Tyler, Ethan, and Chase and numerous nieces and nephews.
