

Myrna Jean Forman, a Puyallup resident for 45 years, died on Monday, February 14, 2011. She was 63.
Jeannie was born in Myrtle Point, OR on May 24, 1947, the daughter of Clarence and Betty Dutton. The family moved to Olympia, WA in 1956 and Myrna graduated from North Thurston High School in 1966. That same year, she married Marsh Pugh and they settled in Puyallup, WA and had two children. In 1981, She married Rick Forman and gained five step sons.
Jeannie worked for the Bon Marche at the Tacoma Mall for about 20 years here she received several Achievement Awards. She managed the Town Pump gas station in Puyallup for several years. She also drove 18 wheelers for a few years with her husband Rick.
Jeannie treasured spending time with her family. She always looked forward to family reunions and loved to go on outings with her grandkids. She enjoyed the many trips she went on with her husband Rick. Her hobbies included gardening, decorating, scrapbooking, and card making.
Myrna is survived by her husband: Rick Forman of Puyallup, WA; a daughter: Shannon Wagner and her husband Bob Wagner of Wilkeson, WA; a son: Kelly Pugh of Puyallup, WA, stepsons: Rick Forman of Tacoma, WA, Kevin Forman of Sumner, WA, Jamie Forman of Puyallup, WA, Todd Forman of Graham, WA, and Shawn Forman of Bonney Lake, WA; and also four grandchildren: Alyssa Wagner, Jacob Wagner, Eli Wagner and Amy Pugh; her mother, Betty (Dutton) Sloan of Olympia, WA; two sisters: Martina (Dutton) Carlson of Ocean Shores, WA, Sandy (Dutton) Spriggs of Olympia, WA and a brother: Rick Dutton of Dundee, OR. She was preceeded in death by her father: Clarence H Dutton of Olympia, WA and her sister: Laurel (Dutton) Laux of Olympia, WA
