Richard James Harader, 89, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2014. Rich was born in Puyallup on April 11, 1924 and had lived most of his life in Puyallup until he moved to Anderson Island upon his retirement. He was a member of the Army Air Corp and worked as an electrician at McCord AFB. He married Charlotte Miller and they had three daughters. Rich and Char loved boating and fishing; and were active members of the Tacoma Yacht Club. Rich is preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Harader, his grandson, J.R. Nelson, and brother Charles. He is survived by his daughters Pat (Nelson), Pam (Reising), and Peggysue (Hoff), brother Bob Harader, 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Powers Funeral Home in Puyallup on August 11 at 1pm. A celebration of life at the Eagles will follow at 2 pm
