Born on March 13, 1957 to Juanita and Jose Rodriguez in Brooklyn, NY. The oldest of 5 siblings, Cecilia was the rock of the family. She shared her wisdom and strength throughout her life. She was a unique and caring individual who touched the lives of all who knew her.
She married the love of her life, Israel Torres on May 7, 2008 and was devoted to her family. Cecilia will be tremendously missed by her Mother and Father, her brothers Jose, George, Anthony and her sisters Sandy and Tania. Her nieces and nephews, Joshua, George, Jessica, Jacob, Troy, Kennedy, Emma and Isabel will forever miss her great advice and unconditional love.
