We are saddened by the passing of Gloria Salzman, but the memory of Gloria is full of fond memories of a wonderful woman who meant so much to her family and friends. We remember Gloria as a woman who made you feel welcome with her warmth and hospitality, who was a listener and made you feel that you were the center of her attention. Gloria had a successful career as an interior designer, and she beautified and created comfortable homes with her designs as well as with her mere presence. Most importantly Gloria was a loving and dedicated wife to Victor and a loving and caring mom to Debbie, Linda and Randy and mother-in-law to Enrique. We always walked away after being with Gloria feeling uplifted and her blessed memory will continue to do so.

I am happy to know my sweet beautiful cousin  Gloria was so well  loved and cared for. You all made that happen for her and I understand the importance of that.

Of course my mind keeps reviewing all different memories. I remember when she was about 27 and she embraced the “silver” in her hair earning her the nickname Foxie. 
 I remember watching her run around the bases  during a softball game with the women of East Pond, I remember her dancing in the kitchen. And I also remember her always being there. In celebration or sadness. Gloria was always beautiful. A class act. Dressed with elegance and simplicity. Carried herself with confidence. I wanted to be like her.

 There was one thing she always told me “ be a good mother”. My cousin Gloria had children that honored her. She was a good mother.

It is very sad that Glorita left, but at the same time, I think it was her time to go . As you say , she had a good life with her parents,her husband, and the happiness of having 3 children. Her old age was peaceful, enjoying her home until she got sick, but even then, she didn't suffer much.
The best thing you could give Glorita was the tranquility of a very good place, where she spent her last days , be happy about that  Randito.
I am with you right now, the same with Debbie and Linda!

Dear Sweet Salzmans,

I hope this text finds you in the company of loving friends and family during this difficult time. Ben and I  are just heart sick. Gloria was truly a remarkable woman who brought an abundance of love and humor into our lives.

It has been a genuine pleasure to have had her in our midst. Each day spent with her reminded me of the beauty of laughter and joy. I will always cherish the memory of our last conversation, where I offered her a sip of Coca-Cola. Her face lit up with delight as she exclaimed, "That is so delicious!" 😊 It was a small moment, but it encapsulated her zest for life.

Thank you sincerely for the trust you placed in us. Gloria's spirit and warmth will forever remain in our hearts, and it is evident that we have all been touched by her kindness. She was truly a great lady, and her legacy of love will undoubtedly continue to inspire us.

Ben and I will always be here for all of you. We are truly blessed to have you guys in our lives.🙏😘
