I’ve been so fortunate to experience your kindness and love Ann, I was only 16 years old when I became a part of your family, just like your last message in February. We have a love and wonderful memories etched on our soul that every time we reminisce it evokes pure unmatched joy.  

I can’t help but smile through the pain because that’s the kind of effect you have on us. 

My prayers are that your beautiful family you left behind find peace. May your sweet soul rest in peace.

Mom, as I lay here thinking about laying you to rest in a few hours, my only wish is that you are ok. I know I can’t wish for you to be here with me because that isn’t possible; so the next best thing is to hope that you are ok. That has been my wish for you in life and in death it remains the same. 

You have been my best friend in this life and I am happy you left this earth knowing that.  Our last messages reflected our love for each other and I will cherish those messages forever. I know your hope was that we would see each other soon, but sadly that was not to be.

As we separate in the physical world, I promise that I will endeavour to live as stress free as possible, I will see the positive in every moment, no matter how tough they get, because that’s what you taught me. I will try to exemplify your courage, your strength, your ambition but most of all your kindness.

I really cannot find words to express how sad Ann's passing has made me feel. Until now, I am not able to function as efficiently as before.  I prayed for her to be free to visit her loved ones, whenever she desired, the very morning of her passing. As we all know, it was not to be and only God understands. I pray for Chris and Destiny, that the Lord envelope them in His arms and whisper sweet peace to them, as they continue to mourn.  I pray also,  for the rest of the family, that  God will give them peace and encourage them to  keep trusting Him in spite of what ensued. Ann and  I  phone each other regularly. We would remiss  on  times spent doing various things. She was a calm and collected individual whom I am going to miss a lot. None of us knows when we'll be taken from this earth. Let us practice loving God, serve Him and treat each other as you would have them do unto you.
Goodye my sister, from another mother. I am certainly  going to miss you a lot.

Sincere condolences to the bereaved family.
Ann and I were Basic School  and Primary School classmates. I remember quite vividly when we were in Basic School, our teacher (Petty Gooden), whenever she was leaving the room,  she would say "Ann watch the class until I come back ", dare any of us to open our mouths to speak or leave our seats, teacher would get a full report when she got back. From then it was obvious the kind of adult she would become. 

I deeply regret her passing!
