Mrs. Jolicoeur was born May 28, 1941, in Ouanaminthe, Haiti, to Asaas Garcy and Elodie Frejus. While in Haiti she worked as a teacher and upon arriving in the United States cared for the elderly and sick as a nurses assistant. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and loved to cook.
She is survived by her Brothers Mozart Garcy and Edy Garcy; Her sisters Edmonde Acacia and Alise Louis. Her sons, David and Michael; Her Daughter Sandy. Her Grandchildren Asia, Tahlia, Kenya, and Folami; Her Daughters in Law Victoria and Tracy; Her son in Law David; She was preceded in death by her Brothers, Gabriel Garcy and Rafael Garcy.
