Susan Peterson, age 71, of Malverne, New York passed away on January 20, 2025. She was born Susan Marie Ziccardi in the Bronx, NY. Sue lived most of her life in Valley Stream and Malverne, Long Island.
Nicknamed “Tweety” by her childhood friends. Lover of all animals, voracious reader (especially mysteries), fan of Bette Davis, Karen Carpenter, tennis and, inexplicably, Duke basketball.
Sue was a beloved sister of Rick, sister-in-law of Kathleen, and aunt of Daniel and Siobhan.
May she rest in eternal peace.
