Victor Guarneri

Victor was born August 13, 1957. The sixth of 7 children. Victor was born with Down Syndrome at a time when these special children of God were referred to as monsters.

Victor had not a mean bone in his body and loved everyone especially his big sister Irma. As he got older and people called him names, he answered them in kind. He was no shrinking violet or pushover.

Victor was the life of every party. He loved to dance, and like most of his family, thought he could sing too.

As a younger man, Victor loved the water and came to engage in bowling as he got older. He was a very snappy dresser who loved to flirt with all the ladies.

In addition to his sister Irma, Victor is survived by his sisters Madeline & Geraldine, brothers Gerard & Ralph (Jessica), numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.

Victor was loved and will be missed. The world is now minus one more kind & gentle soul at a time when they are sorely needed.

I know he will be welcomed into heaven by our Savior and by the extended family that already reside behind those pearly gates.

Rest in peace Victor. We love you And we will surely see you again.
