Dear Sweet Will ,
Your friendship was one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received. Your presence at Raxx was always a wonderful gift. Your smile, the many laughs and happy memories are something I will cherish forever. As I think so many of our Raxx family will as well.

Words cannot replace my emotions as I try to organize my thoughts of saying goodbye to you. We met in our QCC days over a game of cards. We clicked and developed a friendship, better yet a bond that could never be broken. We became family. We had 20 plus years friendhip full of ups, downs, struggles, fun and most of all, laughter, lots of laughter. Sorry to hear of your brother's passing. May he Rest In Peace. 

Today is a day that I don't know how to face because I have to say goodbye to my friend and I'm not ready. Funny how we went from making picnic plans to planning a memorial. Will was a great guy, a generous person, a caring friend and a lovable spirit. Like all of us he had his challenges but he remained a champion. Since our friendship started at the TSC me being his backup sup, we always had a common ground to talk about. Time being one of them. I always encouraged him to spend it wisely, build it, and make the best of it. Now that time has changed to eternity I am at a loss. I will forever be grateful for the time we had.  Every picnic, barbecue, bus ride and baseball game will forever be dedicated to your memory. Rest well my friend. Rest well 😢

I just want to say that I am so honored to have had you as my classmate (Class of January 6th, 2012), my TA, and just a genuinely nice person and great guy!!!!!!!  I thank GOD for how HE BLESSED us to have you in our lives to touch our lives so very dearly, in the manner that you had!!!!!!!  Thank you so very much!!!!!!!  Rest always in eternity, My Brother!!!!!!!

Wow ! William was an Awesome TA.  He always took time to make sure you understood what was going on with your call  NEVER made you feel like you were bothering him, and never made you feel like an idiot. I will never forget the time he took over my computer and showed me how to correctly process  something. He explained each step once in such a way I got it the first time.  To his family please accept my heartfelt condolences in the loss of your love one. Know that God will see you through this difficult time!!!  I am praying for you and yours. May the God of comfort, strengthen and comfort you and your family in Jesus name. Psalms 46:1. 

I was blessed to have Will as one of my mentors during my on the job training. He helped me feel confident in my new role. Will was down to earth, welcoming and a kind spirit. It was a pleasure working with him and I will never forget everything he taught me. I extend my sincere condolences to his loved ones. I pray you find comfort through these fond memories.  The world has lost an incredible life. Rest peacefully Will 🕊

To the family,
                               I met William when  he was hired with SSA, although we did not work in the same unit, for him, Teleservice, for me SSA employee (WSU) for 48yrs.  We met as usual within the PC via elevators, cafe, etc. I am just that guy, don't really know you, but  we work in the same office and one way or the other Federal employee's.  We didn't react professionally at any given times, but his demeanor was so positive when we did touch base.  William's sense of humor was insatiable as well as mine, we talked  trash and insulted each other in so much fun! The last time we interacted was a couple of years ago, In Shoprite, of course in the cookie aisle, ROFL, he said just picking up a few things! Whatever, I am thankful of our friendship and God bless him and the family,

Extremely nice individual,   William always helped and never forget about others.   All our conversations after work.   The many times we spoked about casino strategies, pooling for lotto lol.  Great blessing to know someone who truly remained humble in his life.  Never forgotten.   

It’s only been 2 days since I found out about your passing and I still can’t believe it. I do feel like your spirit was with me yesterday as I started my new job…..I was very nervous and the first PA I met his name is William and he made me smile. I enjoyed every moment you and I ever spent together, and even though we broke up we still remained very good friends throughout the years. You were always the one constant in my life. My family will miss you as well, my mother always asked me how you were doing. I will never forget you and I will love you the rest of my life.

May you rest in paradise you was always kind and full of positive energy I am glad to say I was able to satisfy your tastebuds with my food. Thank you for being you until we meet again my brother .Salute 

I remember the first time I met you, I was so nervous. You were my mentor and helped me, you made me comfortable but you challenged me. I am so glad that our paths crossed. You will be missed. 

I will miss you my dear friend, you always had a kind word and a friendly smile. No matter the problem,  you always took the time to explain so the call made sense to a confused mind. RIP, Mr. Oliver, you will always be remembered with a smile. To the family hold on to your faith and always remember the love and joy for the time that you shared with him. Peace!!!.

I never knew what intially drew me to you. Just that one day coming into work I just started saying hello. Who knew that after that day we would have the realtionship that we did. Through the ups and downs and sideways, You were the one person that had the ability to make me laugh through tears. Even as I write this, you are still doing just that. I cant believe that you are gone. I need you to know that through it all, I love you and thank you for helping me be me. You are now an angel of mine.

My fondest memory was getting him the "Big" comfy chair that he needed to do his job in comfort. To do this I wanted to become his friend first, I didn't want to come off rude. He reminded me so much of my baby brother. Will  was sweet, kind  and just adorable. I always just wanted  to hug him, I restrained myself.  I called him Chubsy wubsy, and he didnt seem to mind.  I will miss his smile and his sprit.  His soul is with God now, he will always be in my heart.

I was blessed to meet William in training class in September of 2011. We instantly meshed. There was no AZ without Will. We shared so many memories together from BBQ, trips to AC, and talks about life. We went through so many memories and great times together. He was the glue that held us together. We talked daily sometime up to 10 times. He was my ace, my twin my heart.  Until the end we never stopped speaking. I am broken, words can not express the grief I feel. He was my best friend. William was my light. You only meet an angel in a lifetime.  His wings are in heaven and his spirt lives on. William I love you and miss you. The pain my family feels now and forever. Holding you down home. Riding for you daily. Sending blessings to his family. You are free now and with your parents.  Gone too soon. 

William and I served on the board of BAAC. He was a great leader and friend. Will miss his smile and funny antidotes, also his trips to Fox Woods. On behalf of my Washington family reunion clan. They are extending their deepest condolences to the Oliver family . William you will be sorely missed but never forgotten. RIP my friend RIP.

My Sincere condolences to the family. May you find comfort in the words of the God Lord. And remember "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding"  Will was a gentle soul and he will be miss by all.  

There are so many joyous, happy memories with William, almost too many to count. We both enjoyed going on road trips to Atlantic City and making stops along the way, blasting music and laughing into oblivion. William always invited me places to share happy times, especially after my mother died. Hours on the phone talking about life and looking forward to retirement as soon as we had the chance…May he retire into the good grace of the lord. His souls journey is just beginning it’s ascent.
