Zulma and I were great friend and siblings at Colgate University.   She always spoke her truth.  She was an awesome human.   Zulma, thank you for the pasteles and the peas and rice recipes.  I will continue to enjoy them exactly how you taught me.  It's  my favorite food.  Your spirit will continue through  US.  I will miss you. You were a  warrior who always had a way to make me smile.  Life, what a journey

     I am so sorry to hear of your passing.  We work together in Manhattan Warrant squad back in 1992. You welcomed to me to the unit and were in the same squad. You are always there to help.You are a gentle, beautiful soul who made everybody feel welcome. You were a good Detective as well. May you rest in peace

 I had been thinking of u lately looking at the beautiful baby blankets & sweater set u crocheted for me.  Thank u again.  We had a lot of laughs at The Manhattan Warrant Squad back in the day.  U were a kind & gentle soul.

In loving memory of a beautiful soul. Zulma was truly one of a kind. She always had a smile and loved to laugh! I will always remember our trip to Vegas and her playing the  Pink Diamond slot machine till she fell asleep. Lol 
May the angels guide you to eternal peace and comfort.

We will always have fond memories of our beautiful cousin/niece, Zulma. Her hearty laugh, kindness, and giving spirit will forever be cherished.  Although we cannot be in NYC right now, please know that we are there in spirit, sharing our love for sweet Zulma.
