Beloved husband of Christine Lem. Devoted father of Anthony and his wife, Marivi Lem. Beloved uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.
Stanley was a kind and gentle man whose quiet strength and generous spirit touched everyone around him. He was most at home in the kitchen where he spent more than 50 years as the head chef at Kowloon Restaurant, where he worked alongside family, friends, and the many colleagues he mentored over the years.
Stanley Lem’s Funeral Service will be held at Deware Funeral Home, 576 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02170 on March 18, 2026 10:00am-12:00noon.
A Committal Service will take place at Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Ave, Boston, MA 02130 on March 18, 2026 from 1:00-1:30pm.
