Sun Joy Lem, age 96, died August 6, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth. She is survived by her children: Jeannie and Satcha Hiranyaket, Margie and Bill McClory, Eddie and Polly Lem, Ben Lem and Jack Allen, James and Connie Lem and there are 11 grandkids and 7 great grandkids. Our mom was well known for her cooking and gardening talents as well as her favorite pass time playing mah-jongg. She taught us how important it is to love your family and friends and to be kind to everyone. We will miss mom. Visitation on Monday, August 14 at 5-8 pm at Deware Funeral Home, 576 Hancock Street, Quincy. Funeral on Tuesday, August 15 at the funeral home, family will receive relatives and friends at 10 am followed by a service at 11:30 am. Procession to Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston afterward.
