TSE, Wing Yuen, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at South Cove Manor at Quincy Point. Beloved husband of Ut Mei U. Devoted father of Iok Un Tse, Iok Coi Tse and wife Wing Ha Li, Pek Kun Chan. Loving grandfather of Ka Po Tse, Ka Yee Tse, Ronald Tse, Donna Chan, Gar Shing Chan and wife Pattie Tang, Tony Chan, Kaman Hau, Joyce Hau. Also survived by his sister Po Yung Tse and family.
