Andrew James Andy Finch

Mr. Andrew (Andy) James Finch of Aberdeen, died Saturday, November 29, 2015 at the age of 83. Mr. Finch was born in Rochester, New York on May 26, 1932, to the late Charles and Iris Boardman Finch. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Southern Pines. Mr. Finch served in the U.S. Army. He was very active in the rodeo, a harness horse trainer and driver. Mr. Finch is survived by his wife Gloria A. Finch of Aberdeen, NC; four sons, Daniel J. Finch and wife Beverly of Parrish, FL; Keith A. Finch and wife Deborah of Palmetto, FL; Martin J. Finch (Peggy McNeil) of Aberdeen, NC; Timothy Finch (Karen Williams) of Batavia, NY; his daughter Lori A. Fluet of Aberdeen, NC; 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 am, Saturday, December 5, 2015 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 175 East Connecticut Ave. Southern Pines. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery.
