Betsy Ellen Snipes-Wilson

Mrs. Betsy Ellen Snipes of Raeford went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 25, 2020 in Hospice of Randolph County at the age of 62.Betsy was born in Hillsborough, NC on September 20, 1957, to the late Wade Snipes and Catherine Minnis Snipes. She was a member of the Union Grove United Methodist Church in Hillsborough. She is survived by her husband Ricky Wilson of Raeford, NC; a step-daughter Heather Wilson of Raeford, NC; a step-son Ricky Wilson Jr. of Raeford, NC; a brother Thomas Snipes and his wife Karen of Snow Camp, NC; a niece Holly and a nephew Dexter.A grave service will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Union Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Richard Greenway officiating, 6407 Union Grove Church Road, Hillsborough, NC.The Family will receive friends after the service at the gravesite.STATE OFFICIALS HAVE MANDATED LIMITING GATHERINGS TO NO MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE, INCLUDING FAMILY MEMBERS AND FUNERAL HOME STAFF.
