Wayne was born in Lumberton, NC on June 19, 1950, to the late Ricks Branch and Nelda Page Branch. He served in the US Air Force and was a member of Antioch Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife Sara Branch of Raeford, NC a son Michael Wayne Branch (Catherina) of Red Springs, NC a daughter Amanda Branch Covington of High Point, NC, four grandchildren, Megan Branch, Holden Branch, Harriss Covington, and Ben Covington a great-granddaughter Journee, a brother Rick Branch (Terry) of Stanley, NC
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Antioch Presbyterian Church with Pastor Jim Smith officiating.
The family will receive friends after the service at the gravesite.
