She is survived by her husband of 52 years Leonard B. Noel of Raeford, NC, a daughter Carol Lamb of Raleigh, NC, and a son Leonard B. Noel of OH.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery.
