Mr. James Martin (Billy Bob) Bell of 5107 Sequoia Road, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 27. Mr. Bell was born in Cumberland County on November 17, 1983. He was preceded in death by his mother, Harriet Clark Bell. He was employed with Cape Fear Valley EMS as a Paramedic. Survivors include his father, Pete Bell of Fayetteville, NC; a special friend, Ashley Frazee of Stedman, NC; three uncles, Henry Clark of Raeford, NC, Joe Clark of Hope Mills, NC, and Dan Clark of St. Pauls, NC; two aunts, Emma Hewitt of Santee, SC and Lucy Ridgeway of Shallotte, NC. The family will receive relatives and friends between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 P. M. Friday, February 4, 2011 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Avenue, Raeford, NC and at other times at the home, 5107 Sequoia Road, Fayetteville, NC. Funeral Services will be 2:00 P. M. Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Crumpler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Wagram, NC.
