Mr. Vester Edward (Junior) Sasser, Jr of Raeford, died Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 51. Junior was born November 1, 1962 in Columbus Co. NC. He was the owner and operator of L&S Auto Salvage in Raeford. He is preceded in death by his brother Jimmy "Cricket" Lee Sasser. He is survived by his wife Barbara W. Sasser, a daughter Crystal Sasser, a son Vester Edward (Eddie) Sasser III all of Raeford, his father and mother Ed and Evelyn Sasser of Clinton. A visitation will be held 7p.m.-9p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Crumpler Funeral Home 131 Harris Ave. Raeford, NC. A funeral service will be held 5p.m., Friday, September 12, 2014 at Crumpler- Honeycutt 118 Fayetteville St. Clinton, NC. Burial will be in the Clinton City Cemetery.
