William Bill Lentz

Mr. William (Bill) Wayne Lentz of Raeford died Friday, July 16, 2010 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 57. Mr. Lentz was a member of the Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church. He was president of Rocky Mountain Global Logistics and Rocky Mountain Trucking. He was an avid golfer and held the course record at both Arabia and Scothurst golf courses. He was also a member of the Raeford Masonic Lodge # 306. Survivors include his wife Betty Ann Boyles Lentz of Raeford; one son, Nicklaus Lentz and his wife Stephanie of Garner; one daughter, Hayle Lentz of Lexington, SC; one brother, Bobby Lentz and his wife Marie of Raeford; and one granddaughter, Mary Lucille (Lucy) Lentz of Garner. A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 6:00pm at Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church with Reverend Ralf Bergmann officiating. A graveside services will be Monday, July 19, 2010 at 11:00am in the Raeford Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Raeford Evangelical Methodist Church Youth Group, P.O.
