Growing up in Westover  I remember Frankie always joking around, laughing and always picking on me back in the 70's.  He loved cutting up!  I loved it back then and since moving back into my home place a few years ago he picked right up where we left off!   His wave every morning as he rode by put a smile on my face.  Frankie was a wonderful family man and the best neighbor you could ask for. We will all miss him dearly here in Westover.  Heaven has a new Angel that is always smiling.

I am Frankie's financial advisor with Edward Jones.  Frankie was a fine Southern gentleman!  He will be missed!  God Bless

Frankie was one fine man.  He and my Uncle Johnnie taught me many things about grading, but Frankie especially taught me how to laugh, even when the pressure was on.

Uncle Frankie was definitely a positive role model for my life! He was a perfect example of what one can achieve by hard work and dedication to ones family! He was always joking, smiling and cutting up! Such a positive, up-beat and compassionate person who was full of life! The Lord has received a great addition into heaven!! Rest In Peace!!

I've known Frankie and Linda as far back as the 70's..He truly was a very upbeat happy smiling man..He was a joker and he picked at me unmercifully and loved it, so did I.  He will be missed tremendously.

Frankie was a fine man, always had a smile &  willing to help anyone. He will be missed.

I had the honor of being blessed to have Frankie as my uncle. He was a good man who was always smiling and carrying on. He loved life and most of all his family. I will miss and love you forever!

I knew Frankie for he was a avid flea market goer on weekends  and at Bo Jangles on Sunday morning. For the time I knew him he was always happy and in good spirits and loved life. I will miss seeing him and I know he will be surly missed by his  family and other friends.  My condolences go out to his family and they are in my prayers and thoughts. Rest in peace.

Frankie was one of the finest men we have ever known. Always had a kind word for everybody. Taught me how to run a motorgrader when he was my boss at B & B Paving. He help to   me the man I am today. He truly will be missed by all that new him!!!!

Frankie was my second father in life. He always kind and generous person. He loved his family and extended family. He will be missed but never forgotten.
