Neil attended Cardinal Hayes High School in Bronx, NY and then served in the US Army. He later graduated from St. John’s University in Queens, NY where he was a member of the Red Knights fraternity. Neil earned his master’s degree from Iona College in New Rochelle, NY. For most of his adult life he resided in Berkeley Heights, NJ and spent his retirement years in Florida and the Carolinas.
Neil enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was passionate about sports, especially the LA Dodgers, Indianapolis Colts and his alma mater St. John’s University. He loved finance, travel, and photography.
Neil is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Claire Sexton, daughters: Karen Roche (Hugh), Tara Jones (Bill), grandchildren: Patrick Roche, Stephen Roche, and Tyler Jones. He was preceded in death by his son Neil, brother: Michael, and sister: Mary Evans.
Services are being arranged at Arlington National Cemetery - Columbarium.
