Joann L. Scialdone, 80, formerly of College Park, MD, passed away peacefully on Sunday February 26, 2012, with her family at her side. She was born on March 25, 1931 in Pittsburgh, PA, beloved daughter of the late Anthony and Lucille Haines Collins.
Loving wife of the late John Joseph Scialdone, and dear mother of, Dr. Anthony Scialdone, of Belle Vernon, PA and Greg Scialdone and his wife Sandy, of Raleigh, NC. She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Drew, Hayley and Emily. She was predeceased by her sister, Jean Collins.
