Linda S. Tyndall Douglas

Linda attended Millbrook High School and worked at the Noland Company as a receptionist for many years; where she met her future husband Jerry M. Douglas. Linda loved gardening and spending time with her family, especially her dear grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her husband Jerry, her parents and her step-father Manley McGee.

She is lovingly remembered by her dear daughter Pam Bunn and her husband Earl, her grandchildren Ian and Chase; step-daughter Beverly Spittle and her husband Bobby and their son Brandon, and step-son Milton Douglas and his wife Dianne and their daughter Savannah.

She will also be missed by her loving sisters, Patricia Scarboro, Sandra Goodwin and husband Bob, and Susie Ennis and husband Jerry, as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday March 11, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at Mitchell Funeral Home, 7209 Glenwood Avenue. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday March 12 at Ebenezer Community Baptist Church, 7808 Ebenezer Church Road. The graveside service will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.

Flowers accepted and memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of choice in memory of Linda.
