Martin L. "Chuck" Wachtel was born on April 23, 1941, and passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 84.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday January 23, 2026 at Christ Church, 120 E. Edenton St, Raleigh. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
Brown-Wynne, 300 Saint Mary's Street, Raleigh is serving the Wachtel family.
