With peace and happiness, in the arms of her Savior, Nancy Smith O’Quin departed this life on January 29, 2014. The daughter of William B. Smith and Lillian L. Smith, she was born on November 3, 1955. She graduated from Ravenscroft School and received her degree in nursing from Wake Tech. She retired after 30 years of nursing in 2004.
Nancy is preceded in death by her father, William B. Smith. She is survived by her mother, Lillian L. Smith; brother, William B. Smith Jr; three children, Mary K. Umberger, Patric Shane O’Quin, and William Bryan O’Quin; three grandchildren, Kelsea Lafferty, Dylan Long, and Aubrey O’Quin; and two nephews, William A. Smith and Donald G. Smith.
