Make no mistake about it, everyone who lives along Ebenezer Church Rd. owes Paul and his family a debt of gratitude. I was on his side, and proud to be so, in the many early neighborhood issues that define the area still today. His was the voice of persistent logic that would ultimately prevail in often, very heated rhetoric. He did his homework, was always prepared, and never waived in facing some of the best, most well-compensated attorneys in Wake County. He was a mentor for me whom I trusted, admired, and learned from each time we were together. Rest in peace old friend. My sincere thanks to the family in their time of loss for sharing this wonderful man with me and from all who enjoy calling this neighborhood home.
