She was born January 10, 1957, in Fayette County, West Virginia, to parents Jesse and Sadie (Gilbert) Ritter. Donna was Baptist by faith and worked for many years as a caretaker.
She was a fantastic cook! Donna also enjoyed gardening and working in her yard.
She is survived by her sons Michael J. Ritter of Edmond, WV, Farmer Ritter of Piney View, WV, and Steven Ray Smith of Look Out, WV, her 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and her sister Rosie Ritter of Edmond, WV.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jimmy R. Smith, her sisters Dottie, Leona, Alice, Margaret, and Becky, and her brother Tex Ritter.
