She was born December 8, 1933, in Clay County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Estle “Pete” and Lola (Shamblin) West. Mam was devoted to her family and enjoyed gardening and the outdoors.
She is survived by her sons: Terry Dobbins and Tim (Kim) Dobbins; grandchildren: Sindi (Mike) Harrison, Tiffanie (Mark) Troyer, Terra (Mike) Hill, TJ (Ashley) Dobbins, and Brian Dobbins; her great-grandchildren: Lauren, Hayden, Harper, Charlee, Reese, Cameron, and Parker; brothers: Ernest (Carol) West, Eldon (Teddy) West, Orville (Bobby) West, and Lee West; sisters: Ermal West, Elsie Dean, and Doris (Harold) Maur; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Ines was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Dobbins in 2008.
