Marilyn Jean Molnar

She was born July 17, 1945, in Akron, Ohio, to parents Howard and Agnes (Jones) Molnar. Marilyn grew up in Randolph and graduated from Randolph High School. She was the office manager for Educational Equipment in Kent for many years.

Faith, family, and work were always priorities in Marilyn’s life. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. Marilyn was a dedicated member of Friendship Bible Church in Randolph.

Marilyn is survived by her daughter Heather Molnar, son Matt Molnar, daughter-in-law Julie Molnar, grandchildren Luke Molnar and Lucy Molnar, nieces Cathy (Mark) Spencer and family, Karen (Jeff) Sugden and family, Christy (Jon) Page and family, as well as other nieces, nephews, and friends.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Orva Lee Isom, and her husband Carl Molnar.

Pastor Bill Johnson will officiate funeral services on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at 11:00 AM at Friendship Bible Church, 1703 State Route 44, Randolph, OH 44255. A time of fellowship will follow. Private interment will take place at Homeland Cemetery in Rootstown.
