Mary Ann Bisson
Stow – Mary Ann Bisson, 86, a 60-year resident of Stow, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 10, 2021.
Mary Ann was born February 27, 1934 in Ravenna, Ohio to the late Marie (Hill) and Howard Hughes. She was a homemaker, loved crocheting blankets, liked watching the Cleveland Indians with her husband. Her family was everything to her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Dale Bisson, brother Kenneth Hughes and grandson Jason Bisson.
She is survived by siblings James Hughes, Edward Hughes and Marjorie (Hughes) Nice; daughters Betty Johnson, Barbara (Michael) Capron, Carol (Denny) Weyandt and Darlene (Kary) McClain; grandchildren Melynda, Abrea and Christopher; great-grandchildren Catie, Ryan, Cody, Carlie, Sylvena, Millie, Layla and Alexander.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Justin T. Rogers Hospice Center for their care in her final hours.
Private family burial was held at Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna.

Dear Betty, Barb, Carol, and Darlene--Our Family is so sorry to read of the Passing of your dear Mom. Mrs. Bisson was a wonderful homemaker who always seemed to have a smile on her face for everyone--even with 4 active Daughters! Mr. Bisson always kept your yard so nice and kept your cars so nice, too! It was a privilege to grow-up with all of you as our Maplewood Park neighbors! Hearing of Mary Ann's passing is so sad… she was like a second Mom to me and my brothers growing up on Osage.
