Rick served his country as a member of the US Army Reserves. He was a “happy go lucky” person who loved to socialize.
Rick is survived by his siblings: Dave (Laurie) Samaniego, Thelma Cline, Gary (Karen) Miller, Greg (Tamara) Miller, and Jeff Miller, as well as many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friend James Lott. Rick was preceded in death by his parents.
