He was born August 4, 1962, in Bath, Virginia, to parents Howard Baldwin and Darlene K. Webb.
Timothy is survived by his siblings: Connie A. Mangus, Howard Baldwin, Sandy Dehass, as well as Kathy, Linda, Jacki, and Mary. He was preceded in death by his brothers Kenny and John Robert.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017, at 11:00 AM at the Center of Hope, 1081 W. Main St., Ravenna. Private inurnment will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna.
